2005, Zéta

Zéta, also known as Oremus, was created in 1951 by cross breeding furmint and French bouvier grapes. This type of grape ripens early and is prone to shrivel and host botrytis. Zéta is a demanding variety as it requires a lot of care and is hard to process.
